Village & Life’s Waterfront Village offers the same quality of services as a luxury hotel. With over 35 staff members, including drivers, a handyman and porters, the Waterfront Village offers first-class housekeeping services, a central reception, concierge, security and luxury transfer services.

The reception area is located at the entrance to the Waterfront Village and is a welcoming space, furnished with couches and equipped with a computer for guests’ use. The front desk in the Waterfront Village operates seven days a week from 07h00 until 20h00 daily. We have staff on duty in the village on 24 hour standby.

Our state of the art security system is a major feature of the Waterfront Village. The Waterfront Village is one of the most secure places to stay at, with full perimeter security and CCTV in the vicinity of the Superior apartments, access control at two main security entrances and video monitoring of entrances from your own apartment. Every apartment is fitted with an electronic safe for private use and the canal is also monitored by security in a rubber duck boat.

All guests to the Waterfront Village are pampered by the luxury range of guest consumables. The consumables are replenished during your stay and we supply all your basic toiletries and necessities. Our collection of guest consumables is fragranced with fig and vanilla scents to compliment our wonderfully furnished and equipped apartments. |
| Housekeeping services |

Village and Life Housekeeping Services are offered from Monday to Sunday between 08h00 and 16h00 daily. Our housekeeping department offers guests a daily general cleaning of the apartment. A full service includes a thorough clean of both the inside and the balconies of the apartment as well as a linen and towel change.

| Linen and Towel Changes |

Every day, gallons of chemical water are used to launder linen and towels that have only been used once. In our effort to support better environmentally friendly procedures, the linen and towels are changed every third day or on request. Should you require additional linen changes and towels in your apartment please contact the concierge on duty at the front desk, who will gladly arrange this for you. |
