The Waterfront Village has three swimming pools for guests to enjoy.

The first pool is located at the entrance of the Bannockburn block, and is heated. Private and secluded, with sun loungers and 3 water features pouring into the pool, the Bannockburn pool is a study in tranquillity.

The second swimming pool is located at the entrance of the Ellesmere and Faulconier blocks. Bordering the waters of the canal, the smaller Faulconier pool has a spacious and open feel. 

The lap swimming pool is located on the roof deck of the Quarterdeck gym, with spectacular views of the marina.  This is the largest pool and is heated, with magnificent views over the marina.  A juice bar serves drinks at the pool for guests who want to languish on the sun loungers and enjoy Cape Town’s beautiful climate.

The Quarterdeck gym is centrally located in our Waterfront Village. The facilities in the Quarterdeck gym include, state-of-the-art gym equipment, including 2 tread mills, bicycles, rowing machines and more.  There can’t be a better way to exercise than sitting on the rowing machine on the terrace, facing the splendid beauty of the marina.

The heated lap pool above the gym is a favourite with guests at the Waterfront Village and is beautifully located, offering stunning views of the marina. Personal gym instructors are available by appointment and our concierge will gladly make this booking for you. The gym has a small coffee shop inside offering coffees, beverages and snacks and is a great place for meeting other guests using the gym and for relaxing after a trying workout!

The gym is open from 07h00 to 20h00 seven days a week including public holidays.

The heated swimming pool is accessible seven days a week from 07h00 until 20h00 daily.

Skin & Body Centre @ The Bay Hotel
The Skin & Body Centre features 3 specialised treatment rooms, including a wet room, couples massage room, facial and manicure room and an aesthetic medicine room.

In-room massages are available by arrangement as well as a "Bath Delight" package, entailing a massage and preparing your bath to create a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Treatments range from water therapy to various massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, tints and waxing.

Skin & Body Centre @ Camps Bay Retreat
Camps Bay Retreat is tucked away in the crook of a wind-free glen running between Lions Head and Table Mountain. The estate comprises four acres of private land with waterfalls, mountain streams, pools, a private tennis court, sauna, fitness centre and nature trails.
